Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Bay Private Capital, LLC ("BPC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bpcloans.com and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, employment and income information, information about real estate you own, and details about your proposed project. We intentionally do not collect Social Security numbers or dates of birth through this website.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit solely to evaluate loan applications, service existing loans (such as payoff and draw requests), and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to process your loan (for example, title companies or attorneys involved in your transaction) or as required by law.

How It's Stored

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to our team. We retain application information only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, which links they follow, and whether a form was completed. It sets cookies in your browser and records a shortened version of your IP address. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising or sell what it collects. Most browsers let you block these cookies, and the site works normally without them.

The Assistant on This Site

The “Ask us a question” box answers from the content published on this website. What you type is sent to our web server and on to Anthropic, which provides the model that writes the answer, and is retained by us only as long as needed to respond and to improve the service. Any figures it gives are estimates drawn from our published ranges — they are not quotes, offers, or commitments to lend, and every loan is subject to underwriting. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or bank or card details; we do not ask for them there, and the loan application is the right place for anything sensitive. If you ask us to call you, the details you give and a copy of the conversation are emailed to our team.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
