Bay Private Capital was founded in 2013 with a simple mission: to help real estate investors achieve their goals — whether renovating homes for resale or building long-term rental portfolios.

After decades of experience in residential real estate and mortgage lending, Jack, Ben, and Mark recognized a growing need for reliable private capital in the local DMV real estate market. Collectively, the principals have purchased and sold hundreds of homes, built hundreds of new construction properties, completed extensive renovations, managed real estate teams, and originated thousands of residential mortgages. They've seen virtually every market cycle and scenario.
